“It had been years since we’ve visited Spankys. The new owner truly turned this place around. So thankful I saw channel 10 awarding you a clean plate or else I probably never would have returned. Our server was extremely friendly and sweet. She had a welcoming personality. Place really cleaned up, while keeping the atmosphere and taste the same. An owner at another cheesesteak place in east Ft Lauderdale had encouraged us give them another try. It felt great coming back and will be back again soon“

“Reign provided amazing customer service last night! She was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. She made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout my visit. “My food was yummy. Price ok. They took my order and gave me my food right away (I was sort of suprised as these places tend to leave you waiting. But I was wrong ) The food was neatly prepared. I can’t complain. Thank you. I’ll be back“

“Hadn’t been in a while, so we stopped by last Saturday. A nice lady whose name tag said LaToya was in the drive- thru. She was awesome! Upbeat, patient, helpful. Really great service. Will definitely be back more regularly!“

“I had a really great experience at Charlie’s! The food was delicious, and the service was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be coming back again. I highly recommend Charlie’s!“

“The egg rolls were really good and fulfilling with each sauce/condiment and those fries! The chicken one was buffalo-less 😂, but surprisingly, it was the best. I’m Haitian and tasted a hint of the Haitian fusion in the chicken lol.

The fries though 😅 extremely good, even after 30 mins to an hour when they weren’t fresh anymore and we had some left over.

The service was great as well. The guy up front was dope and cool and conversed with me even though the young lady was the one helping me. He still acknowledged me as a customer, which I appreciated.

I’d def return.“

“The Manager was extremely nice and helpful in helping us order our food due it to being our first going to Miami grill. He was patient in all the questions we had. He showed amazing customer service and professionalism. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone.“
