I recently just left from crafty crab at 1:40pm on November 20th and Im honestly disturbed to its finest. I’m very upset and baffled. As I being a customer! I am entitled to have anything in the restaurant to my preference or liking if I’m buying. I ordered a Pina Colada and I did ask for it to be icy (made with extra ice) when I received my drink it was water down and bitter. I proceeded to let my waiter know and she was very gentle. Very kind woman, but the guy Matthew that made the drink, he had a harsh attitude towards the situation. Making commentary comments such as “ it’s not sweetness.. how sweet does she want it”.. he mumbled that.. and snatched the drink out of the women’s hand (my waiter) he then began to speak in his Language and at that point i felt extreme discomfort. Not only are you remaking my drink upset , I have food that is waiting to come out next. I honestly feel he was upset because he had to work. When I walked in he was on his phone, when he got done making the drink! He returned to be on his phone. Matthew really did a great job at making me feel uncomfortable. On top of already having a bad day

The hostess is rude. Sunday nov 04, afternoon service with an empty restaurant the wait time is more than 15 minutes, we ask how much longer she he said he don’t know and we left.

Crab fries were underwhelming, but the crab boil was delicious. It was karaoke night, so we got to hear top talent performances during dinner 😄 and had a few laughs.
Service was good and made sure we were taken care of.

I always drive by this restaurant and I never go. My best friend and I randomly decided we were in the mood for a crab boil so crafty crab it was and it did not disappoint! The menu can be a little overwhelming. I felt like they had so many options. Everything is kind of ala carte pertaining to the crab boils. If you want an egg, corn, sausage, ect you add to it and are charged separately. But what’s a crab boil without each item!
Drinks were delish!!! Ambiance was nice. 10/10. Nice spot for a local night out.

I went here friday afternoon and from the second i walked in until i left everything was amazing!! our server did a great job explaining the menu to us, the seafood boil and the fries were BOMB! our server even offered us drinks to go! I feel very satisfied with my visit and would highly recommend!

The food was excellent. But the guy at the front counter was impatient, rude, and made sarcastic gestures. He wasn't helpful when we were asking for suggestions about what to order. I'll never visit this place again.
