I have been a frequent customer of this Dunkin’ Donuts for many years. This morning I asked for a cup of ice water after already placing a $7.00 order and was told I would have to pay for it. I can’t understand why I would be charged for water, that is ridiculous and the manager was so rude about it that I will now go out of my way to get coffee somewhere else.
The lazy employees can't even stir an iced coffee. The layers of coffee and cream made a perfect stratification in the cup. When you ask them to stir it, they give you a dirty look. Really?
