Horrible!! Have been here twice. First time they messed up my order. They put the extra expresso shot in the matcha latte! I asked them to fix it and they came back with a white drink with a green lump in it. I had to stir it myself. Second time I did curbside pick up. The guy had to come back three times because they kept getting my order wrong. The first time he came with nothing to tell me they didn't have muffins. DD doesn't have muffins??? In any case I didn't order anything...read full review
The people were rude and didn't help when I clearly wanted 99 cent medium coffee which I should have gotten with the app instead I paid full price.

Another time, a staff member greeted a young customer with a free doughnut for his birthday. In addition, when a customer needed a quick coffee and donut hole order, the staff, despite running out of donut holes, provided alternative flavors that the customer's children enjoyed. The team's thoughtful gestures and attention to detail make for a memorable experience.
