they don't pay attention for you to get your order. when you correct them they want to give you some kind of attitude and then make it seem like it's your fault. my daughter use to work at dunkin and she knows what a cold brew is and the difference between that and an ice coffee she orders it everyday. today they felt like giving her the wrong thing and then saying she doesn't know what she is talking about. they all should go thru customer service training.
Always great service- consistent food quality, fast service, and friendly people. Worth the extra few minutes to drive off your route. 👍🏼👍🏼
