I visited this restaurant with my sister to celebrate her birthday over breakfast, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The eggs were especially disappointing—flavorless, with a texture that made us wonder if they were powdered. My sister felt the same way, and for a simple breakfast for two, the total came to $44 with tip, which felt steep given the quality. Between the underwhelming food and inflated pricing, I wouldn’t recommend this spot.

I’ve been coming here for the last few weekends and Courtney provides such exceptional service. She always has a smile on her face and makes sure my order is perfect. Her charming personality always brings me back. I love coming here!!! I will be back this week.

Honest review. Been there numerous times. Food is always fresh. Bagels are good. Matzaball soup is great. Also their takeout window is easy and fast! I appreciate a good meal.

Extremely disappointing and not worth the money!
Extremely disappointing experience. I ordered The Roman Gourmet Panini for takeout, but nothing about it was “gourmet.”
The sandwich was not toasted or pressed at all, had no mozzarella or balsamic dressing as described on the menu, and the vegetables were neither grilled nor fresh—they seemed canned and lacked flavor. For the price charged, this was absolutely not worth it. Subway or Publix offer far better sandwiches that are actually grilled, with fresh ingredients, for half the price.
If possible, I’d give zero stars.

Normally the service is good and the food too. Today, Service was HORRIBLE. . She forgot our order, didn't check up on us, brought the wrong drink, and we even had to tell her to please take our money that we needed to go.

I had really high hopes for this place when I first walked in, being from Long Island myself. I was a little disappointed with the bacon egg and cheese because the bagel wasn't that fresh. My friend said their Bagel was good and fresh so I'm going to try this place again just because it seems so authentic when I first walked in
We had a larger party come in for breakfast and service was amazing! Jennifer was kind, accommodating and efficient in serving us! I had an iced coffee, a Lox bagel which had a lot of lox and was delicious, baby had a kids pancake. Great experience!
I ordered several platters for a family event. They are very accommodating. The meat platters were excellent as were the other food items like cole slaw and pickles. The guests commented they were happy with the food. I have also eaten in the restaurant and the chicken noodle soup was one of the best I ever had. Service was attentive. Keep up the good work. I will be back.
My good friend ordered from family bagels and the deli not only had a smell/taste to it but the pickles looked rancid. The only thing that came good was the bread!
Great bagels at a decent price. They also have a very tasty breakfast menu with all the traditional offerings. The bacon was perfectly crisp and cooked and included 4 full slices. I will need to try the lunch sometime.
