“I wanted to leave a review because of the exceptional service I received at the Chick-fil-A in Coral Springs, especially from an employee named Amadeo.

Amadeo is one of the kindest people I’ve encountered in a long time. He greets everyone warmly, walks around the dining area making sure customers are taken care of, and truly pays attention to people.

Tonight, my order had been forgotten, and without his help I probably wouldn’t have received it. He noticed the issue and went out of his way to check on it and make sure everything was resolved.

What impressed me even more is that this wasn’t the first time he showed that level of care. A while ago I came in feeling extremely sick and was standing because I felt so unwell. Amadeo noticed immediately and kindly brought me a chair so I could sit down. I’ve never forgotten that moment.

Employees like Amadeo make a place feel welcoming and human. His kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism truly deserve recognition. Thank you, Amadeo, for taking such good care of people.“

“Took my family here the day following Easter and everything was good. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The food was fresh and crispy. The manager (Jen) greeted me at the counter while asking for additional condiments which she provided. She also said that if I needed any other assistance that she would be happy to help. Overall, my experience was more than hospitable to say the least. If you like great customer service go check them out.“

The girl gave me my bag and I pulled into a spot to eat and I was missing 3 cookies and when I pulled around the drive thru I’m usually so scared to tell anyone I’m missing something. “I tried the spicy chicken sandwich and fries at Checkers. The sandwich was flavorful with just the right amount of spice, and it hit the spot. However, the fries were a bit disappointing as they seemed to have been refried, which took away from their usual quality.

On a positive note, the service was excellent! The staff were friendly, efficient, and made the experience pleasant overall. I’d definitely come back for the sandwich, but I hope the fries are fresher next time.“
