“The wait during this location’s renovation was definitely worth it. I stopped by yesterday for the first time in almost two years, and the improvements, especially to the drive-thru are impressive. There’s no longer traffic backing up onto University Blvd, which is a huge plus. Even with a long line (it is Chick-fil-A, after all everyone loves it) the service moved quickly.

The team members were also consistently friendly. It’s refreshing to see young employees who genuinely seem happy and engaged, rather than looking like they’d rather be anywhere else but work.“

“Took my family here the day following Easter and everything was good. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The food was fresh and crispy. The manager (Jen) greeted me at the counter while asking for additional condiments which she provided. She also said that if I needed any other assistance that she would be happy to help. Overall, my experience was more than hospitable to say the least. If you like great customer service go check them out.“

“I had to come put it on record drive thru gets 10 stars from me and my family Everytime we come CALVIN provides the best attitude and service I have ever seen in a drive thru and you know the foods gonna be fire. Had to give my man his flowers,good job and well deserved.“

“Went with my four kids on a Thursday afternoon. What nice staff at this time (4ish). Those boys are the coolest. My kids left a tablet by mistake and they made sure to find a way to contact me and let me know it was here safe and sound. Truly good people!

“It seems this location finally got the hint that customers were leaving. Service has improved significantly, and my drive-thru and delivery orders are now correct about 99% of the time.
A few years ago, I had sworn off Wendy’s—even though it used to be my favorite fast-food spot. At the time, it just wasn’t worth the frustration. I’d make that decision again if things hadn’t improved—but for now, they clearly have.
My most recent pickup order was perfect, and the food was prepared exactly right. I’m glad this location got with the program and is focusing on quality again. I’ll definitely be back soon—and actually looking forward to it.“
