My visit tonight (11-7-23) to Arby's at 590 University Drive in Coral Springs, Fl., was an absolute joy. The nice lady (Edline) that took my order in the Drive-Thru, was so friendly beginning with her pleasant greeting all the way through my paying. Food was pretty standard for an Arby's although the curly fries were a little on the hard side. The one thing that bothered me was that an older gentleman was trying to use the app to get a coupon and couldn't get it to work. The staff had no clue how to make it work. If you have an app, you better make sure all of your employees understand how to use it and troubleshoot it because it is a pain in the butt to have all of these apps, definitely detracts from user experience.
