“The wait during this location’s renovation was definitely worth it. I stopped by yesterday for the first time in almost two years, and the improvements, especially to the drive-thru are impressive. There’s no longer traffic backing up onto University Blvd, which is a huge plus. Even with a long line (it is Chick-fil-A, after all everyone loves it) the service moved quickly.

The team members were also consistently friendly. It’s refreshing to see young employees who genuinely seem happy and engaged, rather than looking like they’d rather be anywhere else but work.“

The manager also makes it feel very welcoming. She comes over, says hello, checks on us, and makes us feel valued for our repeat business.“

I expressed that I was a first-timer and asked for a highly recommended sub. Julian recommended the Italian sub on Rosemary Parm bread and I’m glad he did! From the exceptional customer service the moment I walked in, to the rapport that was being built while my sub was made, I couldn’t have made a better choice with choosing Jersey Mike’s and this location. Everything was fresh and handled with care. Please give Julian and Brianna the recognition they deserve! “It seems this location finally got the hint that customers were leaving. Service has improved significantly, and my drive-thru and delivery orders are now correct about 99% of the time.
A few years ago, I had sworn off Wendy’s—even though it used to be my favorite fast-food spot. At the time, it just wasn’t worth the frustration. I’d make that decision again if things hadn’t improved—but for now, they clearly have.
My most recent pickup order was perfect, and the food was prepared exactly right. I’m glad this location got with the program and is focusing on quality again. I’ll definitely be back soon—and actually looking forward to it.“

“Got a salad with shredded chicken here today. Was waited on by Damian. He was extremely friendly and helpful, giving me suggestions on what to order, knowing that I am lactose intolerant. I have never met a Subway employee as helpful and engaging as he was! I will definitely be back to this location.“
