I stood at the counter for a few minutes then finally a girl comes from the back laughing with two other staff members and was told they aren’t making any pretzels because they are short staffed ? but 3 staff members have time to time to laugh in the back room and leave the counter unattended?!
one of the worst customer's service attention... I ordered treats for my kids and the lady "Jenifer" was very disrespectful... do not go to this store. Jenifer is horrible, she mistreated me in front of my kids and the attention was horrible. she was with a guy that was also with a horrible aptitude.... the service was 0 stars.
