One of the BEST services we have received lately! They are on the newer side and and is a little hidden. It was the hanging lantern surrounding their outdoor seating area that caught our attention. The food is spectacular! Sushi and sashimi was fresh. Every dish we ordered was delightful and flavorful. We were a party of 7 that arrived without reservations for dinner and they were beyond accommodating. I'm so happy for this new addition to Coral Springs and can't wait to be back and try their happy hour!

I wanted to try a new place and all the pictures I saw looked great so it was a must try for me. The restaurant had a cool vibe and design with lots of anime theme throughout. They have a private karaoke room which you can rent out. We were seated promptly upon entering the establishment. I ordered their beef bulgogi soupless ramen which sounded super unique. It was really good! We also shared takoyaki as our appetizer. My other friends ordered Filipino dishes and Waygu fried rice which I got to sample all. The Waygu was buttery soft! Overall, this is a place with cool vibes and good food!

I was visiting from out of town and wanted to try a good sushi spot in the area. This place looked great based on the reviews and was amazing from the moment we walked in. Impeccable service!! We came in for lunch and were seated right away. Our server was very sweet and attentive. They offer so many options on their large menu, so our server gave us a few recommendations based on our preferences. And the ambiance is really nice! I loved their plant roof and decorations throughout. They give you plenty of pieces per roll so it's a great place for sharing. Each roll we ordered was different and tasted amazing!! I wish I had this place near where I lived, but I'll definitely come back when I'm in the area again.

My experience at Kubo was very unfortunate, if I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in to order a to go order and sat at the bar to have a drink while I waited for the food. The sailor moon drink was horrible, tasted like straight sour mix. I placed my order around 5:35, I ordered the specialty ramen, and entree order of bulgogi, which comes with white rice, i asked if i could upgrade it to fried rice, stating I was okay with a couple dollar up charge. The bartender said she wasn't sure if that could be done but she that would find out from a manager. I did see her speak to someone, but when she returned, she never said anything to me regarding what she found out. I asked if I could pay my tab, and noticed i was charged $8.50 to upgrade to fried rice (for a cup of rice on an already $23 meal!). I told her that was more than I expected and that i'll just take the white rice it comes with. She had to have a manager help her change the receipt, which ended up taking a pretty long time, about 15-20mins, but it was fixed and I paid at 5:55pm Im not sure if when they changed that charge, if maybe that somehow messed up the time the kitchen got my order, but it seemed like I was waiting an abnormally long time, it's important to note that the restaurant was NOT busy and the whole time I was there there was only 1 takeout order picked up. The guy who was sitting next to me at the bar( who ordered just a couple minutes before me,) had already gotten his food AND finished eating it, while I was still waiting. I asked 3x if they knew how much longer; and I was just told "it's not ready". The last time I asked, the bartender walked to the back as if she was checking on my food, but when she came back to the bar, she never gave me any update. The same guy sitting next to me even said something a bartender for me and asked if anyone was gonna update me because the other bartender never came back, and he realized i was waiting for a long time. He also told me that the previous week he had dinner here,, and it took him over an hour to get his food, so it seems to be a consistent trend. After a good 50mins had past since I ordered, I told the other bartender that i couldn't wait any longer, and asked for a refunded. He disappeared into the back for 5-7mins, and came out with my food. Even though I truly wanted a refund at that point and I was really annoyed, I took the food and left, walking out the restaurant at 6:35pm. When I got home, i realized that I wasn't given white rice with my bulgogi, which is suppose to be included. I live 20mins away from the restaurant and realized that for me to drive back to get the rice, then drive back home, it would be 40mins and, my food would be cold . I called the restaurant and explained everything that happened , and I asked if i could get the white rice and if it would be possible for them to remake the bulgogi meal since so I could at least have it hot/fresh, since it was their mistake. The manager, with attitude said "no, u can come get the white rice or I can offer you a discount for the NEXT time you eat here". I reiterated that after waiting an hour for my food tonight, the chances of me returning is unlikely. In an accusatory tone, she told me she doubted it was an hour, blamed me for having a drink before I ordered, and claimed anything else would require her to "investigate and look into the timing of everything". I said okay, because I knew it had taken close to or over an hour, but the. She said "the only thing I can do is offer you the ride to pick up or give u a discount for the future". I wasn't even offered an apology for the wait, or for them forgetting part of my meal, instead, I wasted an hour of my time, got attitude from the manager, and had dry, rubbery and bland bulgogi with NO rice. 0/10, would NOT recommend.

Best mixed modern Asian meal I've had in a long time. There was 7 of us and we loved everything from the sushi to the appetizers to the main entrees. Great flavors. Not a single bad dish was served the whole night. Will def be back.

We were on are way to another restaurant and found this just opened wonderful restaurant. The owners were spot on having extra staff with it being open just a few months. Staff were great and very attentive plus the food was excellent and everything came out nice and hot. I'll be back

Was really craving Pad Thai, so I searched yelp, and this place had a great review for it, so it was time to try a new adventure! We were greeted kindly by the hostess and seated immediately. The restaurant is gorgeous! I've known the space for many years, and this is one of the best revamps that I have seen. The atmosphere is clean, inviting, and a little whimsical. We were greeted by Joe, who is a very kind server, who is teamed up with Bee. The two of them took excellent care of us, and the pad Thai was delicious! I had mine with shrimp. My husband ordered the udon noodles and a tuna roll, both which he was very satisfied with. The ladies room was very clean, and our overall experience was excellent. If you like Asian fusion, or traditional sushi, this is the place! So glad that Coral Springs has a new spot to enjoy.

The service was very good, despite being a bit slow. We were waiting a while to get the poke bowl after everything had already come out. But once we alerted the waiter we were still waiting on it, he was quick to bring it. We could see that it had been ready and waiting on the counter for a bit, but maybe he was busy and had just forgotten it. The food itself was pretty decent! The broths for the soups were very rich and the portions were very filling. The calamari was good but also not the best I've ever had. It'll hit the spot if you're craving it but I wouldn't go there for the calamari.

Expensive but amazing. Drinks are a little too sweet but nothing too bad. Food made me cum. Only downside was slow service but the poor waitress was doing drinks and serving about 5-10 tables by herself. Very friendly staff, definitely coming/cuming back

The service was really good. They have a large selection of craft cocktails and menu items. They have a lot of sushi. It took us so long to figure out which roll we wanted. The rolls we got and our opinion based on our taste buds: Sashimi Appetizer: 5/5 Spicy Tuna Roll: 2/5 Japanese Lover: 1/5
