Food is good, nothing overly fancy, but they don’t claim to be a fine dining restaurant, and the food is commiserate with the price. Restaurant adds a surcharge for paying with a credit or debit card, which is ridiculously customer un friendly. Everyone pays by card. Build the costs into the menu price.

I’ve visited this restaurant multiple times because it’s in a plaza I frequent, but the service has consistently been slow, disorganized, and underwhelming. This most recent visit was the final straw.

There seems to be constant waiter turnover, and after this experience, I understand why. Staff appear unsupported, and when issues come up, management does not step in professionally or take accountability.

During this visit, their card terminal would not process my payment. I had used the same card before and after the visit with no issue, and I called my bank while still at the restaurant. My bank stated they did not receive any attempted charges or declines, which pointed to a terminal issue on the restaurant’s end.

Instead of troubleshooting the terminal or handling the situation professionally, it was made uncomfortable. I was asked about leaving my ID, even though my bank had already confirmed they were not receiving any charge attempts. I ultimately paid the full bill immediately through Zelle from the same account connected to the card their terminal would not process.

What bothered me most is that the waiter was left in the middle of it. I did not have cash and was not comfortable sending extra tip money through management’s phone because their system wasn’t working. Management showed no concern about how their lack of support affected their own staff.

This was not one isolated issue. It reflects the same pattern I’ve experienced here before: slow service, poor handling of problems, and no real accountability. Convenience is not enough for me to return.

My husband and I were so pleased with the server John and compliments to the chef from our apps, salad, white spinach pizza, linguine with white clam sauce, to branzino absolutely outstanding. We will be returning frequently for sure.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This place is Amazing! My first time here, but definitely not my last. My dad ordered the meatballs and spaghetti, which he loved. My husband at the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, which he said the best he has ever had. I ordered the pear & cheese stuffed pasta in creamy sauce, gorgonzola & walnuts. This dish was perfect!! Spectacular!!! 100 stars!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was tasty, did not WOW us, what amazed us is the time it took to get delivered to our table. Time between appetizer and main course is perhaps 45 minutes or more. Can't imagine what they do, if/when place is half full...

La Fontana was delicious! We had the mozzarella and tomato salad to start. Then personal size marg pizza and the pumpkin raviolis with butter and sage! Portions were plentiful! We took so much home! And Sofia was delightful! Attentive and friendly! Thank you for a lovely night! Definitely eat outside near the fountain!

I absolutely adore this place. You won’t regret it. The food here is absolutely worth it. The focaccia, the bronzino, and the pizza are all 10 out of 10. I definitely recommend it. The food is super fresh!

The food is very delicious. The pizza is excellent thin and crispy. Fresh ingredients and flavor. Pasta is homemade. Service can be slow at times. Highly recommend.
