The manager Chris made the night so much fun, he hung out with us and made my nephews laugh. He helped me order my meal which was difficult because I'm vegan. He's really nice and personable, we had an amazing experience because of him!!!

Had an early dinner at the Ale House today. I’ve been to this location a few times before with no issues. Food was fine as it usually is. Server was polite and attentive.
Today, there was a dead fly in my water. I quietly told the server, and then a manager came by a few minutes later. The interaction with the manager was weird. I didn’t ask for the manager, but since he came by, I repeated that there was a dead bug in the water and suggested he chat with the bar. All I expected was an acknowledgement to that. Instead, the manager seemed defensive and shared the server said the fly wasn’t there when he picked it up from the bar, and asked me if that was all I wanted to share. I cut my meal short, paid my bill, and left. Interpret that interaction as you want. I will not return.

The service is very bad, they are not attentive, the tables are dirty, you have to wait a long time for the food to be served, the waiters don't even notice if the tables are still occupied.

The food is pretty good on the weekends. During the weekday though, not so good. Which torn between the two, I've gotta be at a 3 star to balance out.
Went on a Saturday to try The pork osso buco, it's absolutely amazing.
Went on a Thursday to try the prime rib, not so great. Asked for medium rare and it came out rare as if it was just pulled from the cooler, couldn't even cut it. Sent it back and it's almost as if it was tossed into a microwave.
12 pc mozzarella sticks is pretty good.
The spinach artichoke dip is average.
The French onion soup is decent.
The Captain Jack dessert is really good, I highly recommend that.
I can't recommend going on a weekday, but I do recommend going on the weekend.

Creepy Manager Ruined Our Experience
I recently visited this Millers in Coral Springs yesterday night and had an incredibly uncomfortable experience, thanks to one of the managers, Chris. He repeatedly came to our table and insisted on playing with our infant, even though it was clear that his presence was making her uncomfortable. It got to the point where she started crying loudly, disturbing the entire restaurant. Which was embarrassing for me as the restaurant was very slow. Instead of taking the hint, Chris kept coming back, making the situation worse. Just seeing his face completely ruined the taste of our food.
I felt terrible for our server who was clearly trying to manage the situation. He kept apologizing for Chris’s behavior whenever he could, but it was obvious he was also frustrated. It’s a shame that the server couldn’t properly serve us because Chris seemed to think he was part of our table, hovering constantly.
On top of that, the professionalism of the managers was drastically different. While one was dressed sharply and looked clean-cut, Chris looked disheveled and unprofessional. He frequently disappeared into the privacy room behind the host stand, and his behavior and appearance made me SERIOUSLY question whether he was under the influence of something.
This was an unpleasant dining experience, and I doubt I’ll be returning anytime soon. I hope the restaurant addresses this issue and look into drug testing management because this overshadowed what could have been a nice evening out.

I recently visited and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The bartender, Asia, was eating throughout my visit, which affected the level of service. I had to wait about 10 minutes before being attended to. When my burger was finally ready, it was left to get cold as she continued eating and conversing right next to it . This lack of attentiveness significantly impacted my overall experience. I hope that improvements can be made to ensure better service for future patrons. This is coming from a person in the service industry. Terrible service Asia. I never write reviews no matter how bad it is but I have to for this .

I learned about the Ale House PRIME RIB special on Thursdays so I had to go. This was one of the biggest dinning disappointments EVER. Not only was it tasteless but if you could cut through it for a bite your fork stands a better chance sticking into your granite table top. Yeah it was horribly TOUGH... No sides included, no salad just a meat on a plate, if you could call it that.
Very Disappointing.........
