I placed an online order to go, when I arrived no one was at the to go area, I waited. Walked over to the bar and was ignored until said "excuse me miss, I'm here to pick up my order". Why is it so hard to get good service? Why does everyone ask for tips before any interaction with customers. Why do I keep paying tips for terrible service?

This is the 2nd time we've been at this particular location and both times have been lack luster. This time the server took 15min to even take our drink order blaming it on the shift change. When we finally got our drinks she ran around and took other tables orders abd we didn't see her for a while I tried stopping her to get at least an appetizer order but she apologized and said she would be right there. Waited another 10 min and still didn't show up so I had to go inside and ask for the check for the drinks because it was obvious she would not serve us. Again she apologized and blamed it on shift change. Will not be going back to this location.

The food was delicious and this fellow made it delightful with his special treats and humor, a great combination that was not listed in the menu but warmly welcomed and greatly enjoyed. Ridiculous I sat there and waited forever for my food, they can’t understand to-go means everything at once they actually brought the appetizer out in a to-go bag 25 minutes before the food came out. Then they actually skimped my fries like who does this to regular

Then came the 33 minute wait before food arrived, with not all meals being correct, and the correct meals being of average quality. After sharing this with the manager, he just smiled goofily, shrugged, and laughed it off.I am only posting this review after having gone through almost identical mishaps at this restaurant two visits in a row. It was not packed. My waitress was nice but not as attentive as she should have been. My meal was good but my dessert was not that good. It wasn't the taste but how it was prepared. When my meal and dessert were brought out it was another person bringing them out. The dessert is a baked brownie with vanilla ice cream covered in hot fudge. First off there's no fudge and the person that brought it out said that it's there but if there was fudge it had to be alot smaller than a teaspoon if at all. She did go back and brought some hot fudge out. The brownie was another thing. It was overbaked and had a real hard crust on top as it was in the oven to long. I can understand these mistakes if was packed with alot of people but it wasn't so there's no excuse for that. Plus the waitress not coming around more than she did. If you're asking why I didn't send the dessert back it's at night and I just wanted to go home. Plus this is the first time I've had an issue.
