0 stars for service I want to think that these people are racist but that wouldn’t be fair. When I came in I was never greeted the proper professional way, the way everyone else was. I don’t want to think it’s my skin color but when i proceeded to tell the lady about herself and how she’s supposed to tell the customers thankyou come again or to have a good day she begged to differ and told me I was being rude from the moment I walked in which is false. Because I was only there to pickup and asked 2 other employees for help and that I was there to pickup, I said nothing else to anyone and stood in line on my phone . When I asked for the employee name that was being rude she proceeded to tell me she was the owner said she didn’t have to offer her name and told me to go make my deliveries and pointed at the door.. I don’t think this is exceptional service or how humans should be treated regardless right or wrong when your a “business owner” I felt highly embarrassed and disrespected which led to me crying in my car when I left out , and I’m just glad I recorded everything .

If you order take out from here check your order before you drive away. They make mistakes on the orders regularly and when you call them to make them aware of their mistake, they don’t offer to correct it. The food is good but they are careless in filling the order.

Very bad to charge for water, 2 dollars and change for a cúpula for water? You guys must be struggling. I understand inflation but 2 and change for tap water? You guys must look for help.
first time ever that when i ask for tapwater i’ve been told that “we don’t have water. You have to buy fountain drinks or bottle of water.”

The PA system is so loud. Some might not mine but for this old soldier....nothing but flashback. BTW...the wings are excellent, the slices I can do without. Chicken tastes like rubber.
