No waitstaff nor free water!

I always buy my lunch here, but lately the service has been terrible, and not to mention the quality of the food. I really liked this place, but starting today I won’t be coming back anymore.

I went on Uber Eats to order Pasquale’s buy one, get one free XL pizza promo. My mistake was not manually adding the second pizza to the cart because I assumed the promo would automatically apply since both pizzas had to be identical. I ended up paying $34.99 for what was supposed to be the promo order.
The second I realized what happened, I immediately contacted Pasquale’s to see if they could simply adjust the order and add the second pizza. The woman at the front told me there was nothing they could do and that I had to contact Uber Eats. So I contacted Uber Eats, and they told me there was nothing they could do because the restaurant had already accepted the order.
At that point, I actually went to the restaurant in person and explained the entire situation, including what Uber told me after following the restaurant’s directions. Instead of even attempting to help, the response I got was basically, “It’s not our promo, those are Uber prices,” and that I was paying $34.99 for one XL one-topping pizza.
Tell me how that makes any sense.
Everyone involved clearly understood what happened. Everyone knew I paid promo pricing expecting the buy one get one deal, yet somehow the customer is still the one who gets completely screwed. There was absolutely no attempt to make it right. Not even a simple, “Hey, I understand what you meant to order and what happened.”
Instead, the attitude was basically, “Too bad.”
The restaurant still gets paid either way, whether the second pizza is on the ticket or not, so the total disregard for customer service here was honestly shocking. When you knowingly allow a customer to pay for a promotion and receive half of what they intended to order, that’s just wrong.
Total BS honestly. I will absolutely never order from this establishment again.

I stopped here on my way back from my part time job and I must say that this place is really nice. For one it’s super spacious and it smells amazing.

Sometimes, lately, you walk into a restaurant and it smells stale, greasy, or the customer service matches the food (in a bad way). This place fits that narrative in a good way.

Now about the customer service. I was greeted with a smile and respect. As a service connected veteran, with a service dog, I appreciate that I was acknowledged as a customer and wasn’t asked about my dog until AFTER I placed my order. Furthermore, when I ASKED to pet my animal, the cashier noticed how my dog was at her job and rewarded her with a take home water bowl.

I understand this is not a typical treatment given to everyone who walks in here with a dog (the getting a water bowl part), but I do appreciate the care and effort that this establishment offered me as a patron.

I was supposed to show you the cheese pill but the pizza didn’t make it. 10/10

I had the pleasure of visiting this pizza place last night around 7PM, and I am beyond grateful for the incredible staff! I accidentally left my purse outside, and the crew went above and beyond to find my contact information and reach out to me. Not only did they track me down but they made sure everything inside my purse including all my cash was safe and intact.

I’m so thankful for their honesty, kindness, and care. It’s rare to find such genuine people who truly look out for others. When I picked up my purse just before closing I was so relieved to find everything exactly as I left it.

Thank you so much to the whole team for being so thoughtful and sweet! You guys are a an amazing example of excellent customer service! I'll definitely be back and recommending this place to everyone I know. ❤️ Also, the pizza is bomb!

I'm reading reviews about the subpar service, lack of professionalism, condescending attitudes from the staff. I thought I was the only one who experienced this here. I won't comment on the highy salty food, but I will say that something is off with the vibe of this restaurant. They appear to be very selective on how they treat people, while barely acknowledging others when they walk in.

Andrea was awesome. Called in a big order on an afternoon for my team. She was so pleasant and upbeat. Went the extra mile to make sure everything was even labeled for my team. Love this location and team.

Everything that needs to be said is in my yelp review list in the screenshot. In a nutshell my daughter had a problem. I tried to help her, and the staff was not very nice about it. Even threatened me with violence.
