Went in for a quick lunch. Not my normal Popeyes. After 30 minutes of waited to eat in restaurant went up to counter and they never even started my order. Only one other customer in store. I asked to speak to the manager Zola something and she was so rude and unprofessional. We finally get our lunch 15 more minutes later. When I left I asked the manager for her name. She laughed at me and said go ahead and report me! She was the most unprofessional manager I have ever spoken to. She also said she did not care if we ever came back. Popeyes should be ashamed of themselves!

I went to the mall with my whole family and we were so indecisive, the cashier Martha was very very patient with all of us, I wanted to tip her and she said they weren’t able to accept the tip, I really wanted to tip her.We got the family meal, the chicken was fresh and we loved the Mac and cheese, my daughters got the sandwiches and it was really good, nice and crispy.You all should give them another chance, the service was 10/10 and the food was really nice.

It may surprise you that they have a 5-star rating for a fast food establishment, but from that point it should be analyzed, not as if it were a Michelin star restaurant, and among the establishments in the area, attention is paid to this and quality has extra points.The guys who serve are always willing and patient when it comes to customer questions. On some occasions the same manager of the establishment assisted me with my orders, a very polite girl, as well as pretty.If you dare to go, I recommend biscuits, they are delicious.

This Popeyes is located in the coral square mall food court. I must say, they always have 20 employees, but you still have to wait 10 minutes for chicken, when there's always chicken on the rack. I don't know why the service is so slow here. Nevertheless, the chicken is always hot, fresh, and hit the spot. I come here often, I just wish the service was faster.
