We got in there and there was like maybe 5 people. Included us, the one waitress, and one hostess. The lights weren't just dim some where off completely. The lobsters tank looked bad in the dark corner by the front door. The old carpets gave the place a weird nasty smell. Even being one of the only people in the restaurant we sat there for 10 mins with no services, and we decided not to eat there. The atmosphere was sad, dingy, and slightly depressing.

Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience I am writing to express my disappointment following my recent visit to this location. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. From the beginning, our server seemed completely lost and had little knowledge of the menu. When we inquired about mahi mahi, which was listed, they couldn't even confirm if it was available. Additionally, our drinks took far too long to arrive, and they forgot my Pepsi entirely. It felt like they were more focused on serving the friends at another table rather than attending to us. To make matters worse, all of our meals arrived at different times, and the food we did receive was cold. One of the classic dishes we ordered, chips and fish, was a complete disappointment; it was a chaotic mess. The only redeeming aspect of our meal was the two desserts we ordered, which were the only parts that could be deemed acceptable. This location used to be a reliable spot for us, but after this experience, it will likely be our last visit here. When we tried to ask for assistance, we were told to wait; it seemed as though our concerns didn't matter. Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I hope management takes steps to improve service in the future.

My waitress Tajanay was excellent! The food was okay but my service was so good that it by far passed the quality of the food. She was very nice and attentive. The food took about 20 minutes to come. I ordered a Surf and Turf.. New York Strip & lobster with a loaded baked potato and broccoli with cheese. Tajanay went over and beyond for me. I will be back to see her especially! Why was this place near empty on a Saturday night? The seafood is pretty decent; cooked correctly and seemed fresh. So why? First, the restaurant was absolutely freezing. Not freezing like your average Starbucks. I mean bring a winter coat freezing! Perhaps it was that cold to keep the smells to a minimum. It did not give you a feeling of a clean space. I ordered a white sangria. What arrived was a syrupy super sweet concoction that was not a sangria in any land. If i had drank it, I would probably need to go to the ER to recover. All in all, considering how many other restaurants are in the area, perhaps this one needs a re-start of some sort. I would not go back.

Sat at the bar and received excellent service from TJ. The shrimp didn't take long to come out and was hot and fresh. They never ever have gotten the biscuits wrong, melt in your mouth good as usual. I'll be back to visit with TJ next time I want some dragon shrimp

My son and I visit this location quite often so we were shocked to see the restroom appear untouched. We could smell the urine on the floor, tissue hanging from the toilet. I even took a picture of this because I was in so much disbelief. It looked & smelled bad. On a brighter note, the service we received was excellent. We had the pleasure of being served by Gigi who was friendly, attentive and on time with everything we asked for. We never even had to request a refill of our drinks as we enjoyed our chicken and pappardelle pasta. I'm a manager at a local popular restaurant so I know how important good service is and we appreciate the service we received tonight. The only unfortunate part was the condition of the men's restroom which I immediately question the overrall cleaniness and hygiene standards of the entire restaurant especially the kitchen
