I ordered two Subway Subs online and when I arrived at the store, I told “Kitia”, the lady who was working at the time, that I had an order ready for pickup. She looked at me and simply said “Not Ready.” I waited and waited for about 20 minutes and eventually I got my first order. I told her I had another one and showed her my Subway app in which it showed that I had another order that had been paid and gone through, then she told me to wait. After waiting for another 10 minutes, she then saw me and told me that she never got an order from me. After showing her my app and email stating that I did indeed order a Sub, she said “I don’t go by that”, then walked away without helping me and went to help the next customers in line. At this point I was just very confused and annoyed because I’ve been waiting for about 30 minutes and was receiving different information each time she decided to have a three word conversation with me; she also was helping customers who came in 10-20 minutes after me and left me on the sidelines to not even help me. She told me that I was wrong and that my order “disappeared in the matrix”. I was just appalled at this customer service. I ended up waiting in line again for another 15 minutes to order my Sub and paid for it again! In total, I was at this location for 50 minutes for two subs when I was originally the only person in the store!!!! I’m requesting a refund on my Sub that I never received and I don’t plan on returning to this subway location if the customer service is going to be like this moving forward. Very disappointed in Kitia, and Subway.

Wow, could the service get any slower? I know, having three customers in line is daunting to perhaps a few select special ppl . Hey what can I say other than 20 minutes for a sub equates to abysmal service and perhaps ppl working in a service industry they are sooo not qualified to be in. Hey, truth hurts. Find your groove because subway is so not it. Service sucked, and man, this is the polar opposite to 'fast' food. Total fail on this location.

I had gone up to the counter to purchase another drink for my friend who had dropped it and was not allowed to refill their drink, even though they have a fountain available. I thought it was silly when my friend told me the story so I went in to just order another drink even tho it didn’t make sense to me, and the lady was very rude saying that it wasn’t free as if I Happy to pay for another drink. The Attitude, my friend received, and that I received separately was absurd That’s a really really bad taste in her mouth. We will never be back to this particular subway

Today I went in the store to get 4 sandwiches for my family. I was going to use 2 coupons in order to get the sandwiches cheaper. Upon walking into the store I was greeted with horrendous customer service. Immediately the owner was nasty and me told me “We don’t accept coupons.” When I asked why she wouldn’t accept the coupons she said “Because I said so.” Life is too short to deal with someone so nasty that doesn’t want my business. I Immediately left the store and went over to the walmart subway where they were super nice and accepted my business. Shoutout to Eric at walmart.

Just walked out the store and had to leave a review before I left the parking lot. I was so indecisive and the young lady was so helpful and patient with me. The store was clean and my sandwich looks and smells amazing!!

Customer service is lacking. Girl working today talks so low, non chalant like she doesn't want to be there. If you don't want to deal with customers, pick another line of work. Just an awkward/oddball of an employee. Sandwich was good. Customer service not so much.
She was not in a good day! Food was ok
Wish they put more meat in their sandwiches, they are mostly bread at this location. Overpriced for what it is...
