I truly enjoy shopping at my local Wild Fork in Coral Springs and the employees are very pleasant and welcoming. However, you must do something about your phone. It is very difficult to get a hold of any one at your store on the phone. There have been many times where I have tried to call to inquire if you had certain products in stock and the phone just rings. First class meat - the "normal" cuts and the special and specialty cuts - all at great prices. Everything is frozen, but it's flash-frozen and that's in your refrigerator fresher than your local market's unfrozen meat.
This is my favorite place to buy meat poultry and fish. Everything is flash frozen so I do not have to come home and then prepare everything for a deep freeze. Defrosting everything is usually very quick due to the vacuum seal on the packaged meats. Drop it in a pot of hot water and it’s defrosted in about 10 to 15 minutes.
