I never thought I would give a 5-star review for a fast food chain… but this location and team are just the best. They consistently, without fail, go so far above and beyond that it blows me away. They take great care with your food, but if there is a problem, it gets fixed quickly and with a smile.
From what I’ve heard, this location is under new management, so if you’ve had a poor experience in the past, give them a try now. You can see in the way the team works together happily and efficiently, and how they’re always happy to help, that the management is excellent.
Fantastic, all of you- but a special nod to Hailey (sorry if you use a different spelling!) on the night crew for always being the epitome of customer service. Especially tonight (Friday 11/29/24) I was having one of the worst nights of my life, and it would’ve been so much easier for you NOT to do what you did… but you unknowingly made my night so much better by being a literal angel. Somebody better get this girl a raise!!

Went to BK around 11:54 and was able to order food without being turned away. The general manager Mathew was very kind and helpful with questions I had about the other restaurants. The best conversation and customer service I’ve received from a fast food restaurant 10/10. Thank you Mathew for your help and kindness.

It took 8 minutes for them to even talk to the person two cars in front of me. The car directly in front of me ended up leaving. Then when it was my turn they asked me to hold on a minute. 10 minutes go by before they acknowledged me. Get more people in this place.

With how most fast food in wakulla is today, I was a bit skeptical stopping here and getting lunch but 10/10! I’ll definitely be coming back!! Food was made fresh ON THE SPOT and I wasn’t waiting any longer than 10 minutes, quality isn’t at all how most would think when getting Burger King. Found my new lunch spot!! Employees were SO NICE and patient while I made my order which is TOP TIER today because you don’t have close to ANY jolly and nice employees anywhere anymore.

fantastic and very affordable , the entire management team is fantastic very fresh and hot food served.
I enjoy my experience at this Burger King. The crew is always so kind and gets my order cooked crispy and hot. Thank you so much. I have appreciated all of the long time employees and Matt has been doing a great job as a Manager. I will be back tomorrow. 🙂
