You can't go wrong with their menu. The loaded baked potatoes. It's fabulous. Brisket sandwich delicious. And please get the potato salad and baked beans. So good. It's hard to find a place that has good meats and good sides, but this place fulfills both.

The barbecue was one of the best I have had in a long time. Wife had coleslaw which was fantastic. I am not a big coleslaw fan but theres could change my mind. Macaroni and cheese was great not sure what they do to it but a change up on the usual that seems to be the norm the beans were great and had plenty of flavor.
Atmosphere is what I have always expected at a barbecue place wooden tables, wooden seats roll of paper towels and the sauce choices in a container on the table a bit dark and nostalgic decorating.

Love hamaknockers. Their pulled pork is usually fantastic. Had 1x that was fatty, but that seemed to be a mistake. Of the 20 visits, it has only happened 1x. Service is prompt, and food delivery exceptionally quick unless you order something not as popular that has to be specially prepared. Our pulled pork platters w 2 sides, baked beans and corn for me, literally took 2 minutes to be ON the table, pipping hot. Now this is no ritz carlton, it is BBQ and so is the atmosphere, which is part of the whole experience. Done almost barnlike and cute, rather entertaining. Restroom ALWAYS clean. We found it a few years ago by shear luck. Starving driving to Carrabelle, drove by and 4 Sheriff vehicles were there and the officers were happily parked at the picnic tables enjoying their meals...if the Sheriff eats there, it must be good, we turned around and have been fans since!! Thank you Wakulla and Franklin County officers! Great find!

Phenomenal awesome food. I had the combo with brisket, pulled pork, and ribs. The brisket is so tender you can barely get it on your fork! And the flavor was amazing. Easy to miss so look out!

I've eaten barbecue many many places including Las Vegas, Memphis, North Carolina, Georgia. But this has to be the absolute best that I have eaten from any roadside joint anywhere. Highly recommended. Just unreal food. If I lived here I'd be back every week

My wife and I ate lunch there in the middle of a long bike ride on the Coastal Trail, which runs right in front of the restaurant. We both had pulled pork on Texas toast. Not too fatty, toast was good, and the sauces were excellent. The restaurant, even the outside seating, is clean, clean, clean, as are the restrooms. And the service is friendly and helpful. As a bonus, the signs on the walls inside the restaurant are very funny.
