Service was fast. Ordered the Big Ham & Cheese, my favorite. It was delicious as normal. Hubby tried their new Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich. He liked but thought a little more sauce would be nice. He gave the heat level a 6 on a scale of 1 to 10. ?

So Normally I would give this 5 stars across the board for everything, however I am pretty a daily customer and I have e noticed this place function at 2 different levels , the first being when the GM is there working in the morning, this guy is one of the best managers I have ever come across, and the store runs smoothly and efficiently, but the 2nd way it runs is the different between night and day, when the GM isn't there, during those operating hours, the service...
