Amazing fish dips
Excellent fresh seafood. Beautifully displayed at good prices. Their homemade seafood dips are awesome.
Service and prices are always exceptional.
The good - THey are nice, make amazing fish dip, have a decent selection and offer military discount.
The bad - They are priced higher than competitor down road. Example - Competitor sells Sheapshead for $5.99/lb, for wheole fish Mineral Springs charges $10.50/lb. It gets better, the competitor will flet out with no extra charge, while the price of the already more expensive fish jumps to $15.50/lb if you want Mineral Springs to filet the sheapshead. I find this to be unacceptable as no other fish monger in the area adds a fee, let alone a 250% premium to simply filet a fish. Also of note, their grouper is $5-$10/b more than competitor.
The absolute best seafood dips along the forgotten coast. Always a fresh selection of local seafood. Just hope you stop by when they have some fresh smoked salmon! You won’t be sorry.
We drive from Tallahassee regularly to get seafood here. The dips are my secret weapon for any function I do. My husband and I have been adventuring out with whatever their freshest catch is of the day. It's next level. The workers are always so sweet and helpful. Can't imagine going anywhere else!

Mineral Springs has genuine local seafood, the absolute best fish dips & usually terrific smoked salmon with orange slices.
Today, ithe $3.00 higher than one week ago & no oranges served by a lady who is not the owner. I’m disappointed & that is a first.
This is a wake up call to the owners.
