On the busiest days including holidays they are ALWAYS, understaffed and the team working has ZERO manners! When this location first opened they were OUTSTANDING in service and product, as time has gone on it has become less than ideal. I’d rather make my own than deal with folks that can’t read an order and add it to a pizza. Ordered on line last three times and received them all wrong, no apology no offers to correct or credits just a whatever. Vastly disappointed . Not how we do things in Wakulla County

I was in Crawfordville running errands and I called in a order for two of the NY cup pepperoni pizzas. I arrived at the 20-minute time that I was told the pizzas would be ready. The girl behind the counter was cutting up the pizza as I came in the door. As she was doing so I asked her about the pepperoni that they use on the New York cup pepperoni pizzas was different, and she looked at me puzzled. She said no... I said, oh I thought the NY cup pepperoni was different. She said oh it is, then... Is that what you ordered?? I said yes. Is that not what I got? She said no. I thought you said the big Shaq pepperoni pizza. I'm sorry I can remake your order for you. Well that would have been fine if I wasn't headed home to Carrabelle, 60 miles away, and actually had the extra 20 mins to spare. But I didn't, that why I called my order in. So I took the pizzas that she made, not happy about it though. And do you think she offered me a discount for making the wrong pizzas for me? Nope! I'm disappointed in you Papa John's. You've always been my go-to pizza place in Crawfordville. Guest you have enough customers that losing one won't matter. My advice is if you place a call in order to this location, repeat, repeat, repeat and make them confirm your order before you hang up.

Whomever made my custom veggie pizza tonight did a stellar job!!! Often the veggies seem light, but tonight was perfectly dressed and cooked. Thank you!!! Also, love the ordering app and tracking. Update May 2024: seems like back to great tasting pizza lately! There had seemed a down turn a while ago but last few I've ordered were good.
