I LOVE pizza. I haven't ordered from Pizza Hit in Crawfordville for along time, because my order is always screwed up. I gave it another try. The app didn't want to work. This should have been my first sign. I ordered tow pizzas, one pan and one hand tossed. I got two pans. Wings were also part of the special. Those were lost. I got a 22oz pop for lack of wings.

This pizza hut does not make traditional american pizza. They use American cheese instead of mozzarella. They're pizza, and they're garlic. Sticks. Have a cheap type of garlic that comes from mexico or india for pakistan. And the taste of all of these products was absolutely below par, very poor. Stay away from this pizza hut

Hey! Imma tell y'all sumpun. Pizza Hut might not be Italiano, but it's a refreshing, nostalgic taste of 80's Red roof Americana. If I could talk to the Pizza Hut CEO, I would say. Bring back the real dough, and bring back the red roof restaurants. What are you waiting for? Get yourself some PIZZA!

Your team could have followed my simple request list of veggies on my pizza. I ordered green olives, mushrooms, green peppers, black olives, and banana peppers. Well your team member called to say that their location doesn't sell green olives. Then, I asked for double black olives. I get all the home (a 30 minute drive) and called back to say that there were no mushrooms on the pizza. We were given a "sorry about that". Later that night, we realized that pineapples were added (without our asking). We threw the remaining slices away as we do not eat sweet pizza!

I called my pizza in for delivery. I know for a fact I said delivery because the person taking my order asked me if I wanted to pay ahead or pay the driver when they arrived , so I paid ahead and also left a 20% tip. 45 mins later I called up to see if it had been sent out and the same lady who took my order said it was a pickup and the pizza came out 15-20 mins ago and I could just come pick it up. Although this was a huge inconvenience, I grabbed my keys to pick it up. I simply asked if they could remake it so I wasn’t eating a 40 min old pizza. This is when things went from bad to worse when the front desk staff put the manager on the phone after my request and she stated she thought the pizza was fine it was only 20 mins old and literally refused to remake my pizza. When I arrived to pick it up I challenged them both about accusing me for saying pickup on the phone and asked them why I would leave a 20% tip on a carry out order and also give them my address - they clearly made a mistake but the worst part about the whole situation was their attitude and how they treated me. I asked to speak with whoever the manager reports to or the owner of this franchise and they refused to give me the info. I was very upset about this whole interaction because it could have been easily resolved but the manager and front desk staff were horribly unprofessional and rude. I am disabled and recovering from a procedure (which is why I ordered delivery) and being treated by 2 incompetent employees has removed my loyalty and business to the Pizza Hut brand.
