Laketa is the BEST her customer service was phenomenal. She gave me FRESH chicken/ biscuits that came right out the fryer/ oven… she was very friendly and professional….Leketa will be the reason I come back to this location!!! 🥰

I usually enjoy Popeyes, but this time the chicken, wasn't cooked through, and didn’t quite hit the mark. The ghost pepper seasoning was overly salty and uneven—some bites were heavily seasoned while others lacked flavor altogether

Ordered 1/4lb Popcorn Shrimp combo with Cajun Fries. Made a mistake by not opening/checking my food before I left the restaurant. When arriving home I literally had less than a handful of shrimp in the box. I contacted the store immediately and was told by a man, that 1/4lb shrimp ain’t that much (his exact words). No accommodation or concern for the $12.35 that I paid for this meal.

I doordash here on a very regular basis. Most of the time when I go in there. I don't know who his name is but he is always yelling at. His workers is very slow. The last time I picked up an order there he took very very long to get the order ready which is fine as long as he has everything to make sure that the customer that I'm dashing to gets the right stuff. When I picked it up there was only one drink. Doordash app said there was two a large Dr. Pepper and a regular Coca-Cola. I only got the large Dr pepper so I asked where the second drink was. He said there was no second drink. I showed him my app and he said that the ticket that he got did not have the Coke on it. He he finally gave me the Coca-Cola while saying that he just doesn't care. Anyways, here's your damn Coke. When I delivered the dash I checked the ticket and the Coca-Cola was on the ticket. He just didn't see it. I'm glad I made him give me the Coca-Cola or else the customer would have said that was my fault and I would have gotten dinged for it by doordash. Always a very bad time going to this Popeyes.

The lady at the front today was very helpful and patient with our big order. Food came out pretty quick and it was all fresh and hot. We all enjoyed our meals and it tasted great. Probably one of the better popeyes I've been to compared to the ones in Tallahassee. Definitely would come back to this one again when I'm in town.
