I’ve been to Sonic a few times recently, but the worst experience I had was on Thanksgiving. The experience was unsatisfactory from the beginning. The customer service was okay, and I felt bad for the poor girl in drive thru as she seemed extremely overwhelmed. The worst part was that there two children in the store, very young children. One girl was about three or four, and she was running around the store the whole time I was at the window, and there was also a baby there that you could hear audibly crying in the background. It was extremely unprofessional and was probably against a lot of workplace codes. I had ordered a large onion ring with my double smasher and a large sprite. The onion rings came out soggy and full of grease and the smasher was overcooked and bland. Safe to say I will never be going back.

Not fast food. We waited almost and hour to get the food we ordered. We could have gone to s sit down restaurant and gotten faster service!!!

Pulled in for happy hour and they tried to charge full price for the drinks. Nobody knows what to do to fix it. I would advise everyone just to stay away and not get ripped off. I had to cancel my order and leave because they couldn't fix the problem.

Terrible service and terrible food. Everything was fine until we got up to the window to pay. We were told our total was $28.12. We gave the girl at the window $27 cash and $1.12 in change. She then proceeds to tell us she needs another dollar cause we only gave her $27 and when we asked her about the change we gave her she just said she needed a dollar. So my boyfriend thinking we miscounted gave her his card to run for the missing amount but she proceeded to run it for $1.12 when saying she only needed a dollar and then when I questioned her about the amount and the money we gave her she still wanted to claim that we only gave her $27. So I brought up again the change in detail what we handed her that equaled the $1.12 and she didn’t even say anything but just thrusted a dollar into our face as if to get us to shut up. Make it make sense. You needed a dollar so bad to finish the transaction, but charged us $1.12 (the change that was given originally) and then when kept questioned about it you practically throw a dollar at us. And then to top it all of our food was underdone! Corndog batter undercooked, soggy greasy fries, and under done cheesesticks. $28 down the drain for terrible service and inedible food.

Terrible kids meal! You’d think with only two other vehicles in the parking lot, you’d be able to get a fresh corn dog and tots for your lil tyke. Corndog like rubber and cardboard, a mix of stale cold fries & tots. Literally scared to feed the trash to mine. Should have taken it back but instead threw it away. Never again! 2 stars only because I like the cherry limeade with extra cherries. 🍒

The girl with glasses and a southern accent deserves a raise , came at 10:20 at night and she went above and beyond , very respectful and always had a smile on her face , food was very fresh . I’d rate this 1000 if I could
