They would not honor coupons due to possible shortage. Sounds like price gouging during an emergency. What is the difference between 3 subs at regular cost vs coupon, the same amount of product is being sold. I'm not done, State attorney General and bbb are next !

Store is extremely dirty, staff is rude and unhelpful, especially the girl with the glasses and short hair working on 8/13 at 9pm. Insanely rude and unhelpful. Literally go anywhere, staff sucks, food sucks, and a public bathroom is cleaner

Here's another restaurant who is being staffed and managed by school-age children who know nothing about customer service. I place my online order, I go pick it up at the restaurant, say hello to the employees they say hello back I leave I get home 20 minutes later and my sandwich has no cheese no mayo nothing. Basically meat and bread. I call the restaurant and was told they were out of mayonnaise and cheese, which I find hard to believe but okay. I was not offered any kind of resolution all I was told was we were busy and I'm sorry. Well there was no customers in the store or drive-thru at all when I picked up my order and you said nothing to me. So I drive back up to the restaurant to get a refund and now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to be able to get something to eat. This is pathetic and I will be contacting this franchise owner
