Noticed on my receipt (while I was waiting on my food ) said chicken champagne but I had asked for beef..I got the cashiers attention and asked about it..she kind of got defensive but said rudely give me a minute and walked off. Then a some guy came up and handed me my food...I pulled ahead and checked my food..it was chicken so I drove back around and when I made it back to the window no one would come to the window to help me...so I now have $26.43 worth of food that no one here eats...thanks for wasting my time and money..

Very upset with my food we had to wait 20 minutes for a simple order that said it'd be ready in 10 and they made us pull around while the "meat was coming" and then we had to wait on this other car to order in front of us! And they always forget to put the sauce that I pay for on the app in the bag very very upset and now our food is cold! I don't recommend this taco bell! Workers were not friendly at all!!

Went to the Taco Bell before and it was not an amazing experience. The lady at the intercom who was taking my order marked down the wrong order, and which I told her the correct order. Upon telling me the total, she left her microphone on so her voice was booming through the speaker and the only thing you could hear is her complaining about everyone having an attitude customer wise. The food is just as mid as the attitude of the employees.

Disgusting customer service. The girl was so rude and snappy. The food we did get was messed up and there was a comical amount of food inside the shells. I'm talking no meat a few shreds of lettuce, more cheese then anything but there was still barely any! I should've took a picture. We fed it to the dog. We didn't get half of what we paid for and didn't want to have to deal with them again to get what we freaking paid for.

More often than not, some item is missing from my order. It’s often enough after I go through the drive through, I pull into a parking spot to double check my order and nearly always have to go back inside to get what is missing.

Not really a gripe of this location, but of all Taco Bell's. When ordering the Mexican Pizza and other food items, they all place the Mexican Pizza at the bottom of the bag and put all other food items on top of it, squishing the Mexican Pizza and when you open it, it's a mess. I'm sure they've been taught by corporate to pack it like that or just for convenience, but they should really try and pack the Mexican Pizza separately from all other food items.
