The boat ride was wonderful. The park ranger who piloted our tour obviously loves the river and cares for the abundant plant and animal life there. Very informative and interesting. We saw lots of wildlife including birds, alligators, and manatees.

We stopped in for lunch before the boat tour. They are doing some reno so it's not at its peak look. They service was fast and friendly. The food was quick and delicious.

I ate here 10 years ago and the atmosphere is quite different now with an alleged reconstruction that appears passive not active. Having said that the quality of the food especially the beekeeper salad was noteworthy ,delicious ,beautiful presentation and flavorful. The gumbo on the other hand had an entire plum tomato which appeared to be canned, this is just absolutely should have been chopped up or at the very least quartered...

Wonderful place! The customer service was outrageously great in all areas of the Lodge. The boat ride was excellent, breakfast was great, all workers so friendly and courteous. 10/10 recommend!!

We had the pleasure of working with Jasmine for over a year to plan our wedding. She is super sweet and was great at answering all of our questions so that we understood everything. We appreciate the staff at The Lodge so much for all of their help on our special day.

Took my wife here for dinner. The service was outstanding, the food middle of the road. My steak was OK but bland, cooked correctly though. The baked potato was also ok. Recommendation if you ask for sour cream on the potato, get it in the side. My wife had more sour cream than potato. Her crab cakes though were excellent with just the right bite in spices. Overall a good experience but not top flight

Friends & I always enjoy our regular gathering at the Lodge where the food is always delicious, the service & atmosphere above board! Tucker (our server last night) was super attentive and Cathy (our hostess) went above & beyond to insure we were taken care of too!

Envision the Moment Events

We had the pleasure of coordinating a wedding at The Lodge this past weekend. They made everything so easy! If we had any questions, there was always someone nearby to get us an extra table, tablecloth or even a pen! In regards to the ceremony and reception spaces, everything is very close together so even on a hot, humid August day, it wasn’t terrible to run around getting the wedding party to their next location or rounding up the ring bearer 😂 The gazebo (ceremony space) is literally a blank canvas for your imagination to run free with any decor of your choosing. The shade from the trees gave the guests a much needed break from the heat. The Terrace Room (reception space) is a very romantic and cozy space but we didn’t feel like it was cramped with the buffet tables, sweetheart table, cake table, DJ table and 8 tables for the guests and it left space in the middle for the dancing area. While there were guests walking around and swimming and enjoying the facilities, they were respectful of the wedding and even cheered and clapped when the bride and groom had their first kiss! Also, the food was absolutely amazing. We are still thinking about the macaroni and cheese and salmon!

Great food, though one side with an entree is a cutback. I ordered the house wine and received a very small half glass of wine. When I inquired about it, I was told it was a 5oz pour, n o thanks. Several waitresses and the hostess were chewing gum. I will return, but will not order drinks and hope to see better service in the future.
