I just discovered it on Saturday that Kast Net was opened again. I stopped there and ordered 4 slices of their chocolate lasagne cake and 3 slices of their strawberry cake. Their homemade cakes are DELICIOUS! In addition, I found out that they also baked homemade donuts absolutely amazing! I was a frequent customer of theirs years ago. Thank you for reopening. ?????

The fried shrimp was delicious and lightly battered. The onion rings were fresh, not frozen and very good. I could have just eaten them. The cheeseburger was unimpressive. The patty was dry and tasted like the ones from a box. Meat, cheese and an overload of pickles. It came with fries and was okay for the price. The homemade desserts are divine and so tempting you will have a hard time deciding which to try.

We stopped here for lunch on our way to St. marks. Lunch was fabulous. Our waitress Ms. Addy was friendly and the food was served fast and cooked to order. The crab cake was the best I've had... Maybe ever! My Dad got the mahi-mahi and he was served probably a half pound of fish, in addition to sides!!We asked for a piece of pie to go. Ms. Addy brought us to-go forks and plates for our whole group.We will absolutely be back!

On the way home from an adventure to St. Marks lighthouse, we stopped here on hungry and tired. The staff at the Kast net made us feel loved, accepted, valued and that was before we even ordered. The portions were generous (more than enough for two) and service was quick. If you’re in the mood for seafood and an exceptional experience the kast net is the place to be.
