“We had a fantastic meal! The beet poke was fresh and had great flavor and the 3 ramen dishes we ordered were all out of this world good! I had a sake cocktail that was refreshing and well balanced and my hubby had a nice sweet potato beer. Definitely worth the hour drive for us!”

“This place appears child friendly but I went last night with my hubby for a date. Best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had in my life. Ceviche app was also chef’s kiss. My husband had the Chicken and Hoecakes dish. Again, 🤯! The desert was okay but everything else including staff were phenomenal. Atmosphere was nice, dim lighting surrounds you in raw architecture with an intimate feel. Drinks were also incredibly good. If you’re on the fence, get off it and go!”

“Early Valentine's Day dinner! The appetizer was a charcuterie board with a thoughtful selection of meats and cheeses. We spurged for the Tomahawk steak - cooked to a perfect medium rare- and it was incredible! The seafood dish was the best we've ever had with the star being the Blue Crab ravioli( chef exclusive to the weekend). Dessert was Chocolate Expresso mouse. 5 ☆ experience from start to finish.”

“We came here for a late breakfast on a Monday. I had the carne asada hash. The sauce on it was mildly spicy, the potatoes were country style fried cubes, the carne asada was thin cut morsels and the egg was cooked to order over medium. My husband had a biscuit and fried egg. He said the biscuit was tasty and hot and the egg was good. No ice tea, no decaf coffee, big disappointment for me. Counter high chair stools only. Very limited seating. The staff were very nice, welcoming and efficient”

“While the host here could use some work, (just sitting out on the front on his cell phone), the rest of our experience was good. However, we stopped by a few nights later to eat here again and were told we weren’t able to eat inside, even though there was nobody seated inside. Other than that, we really enjoyed our experience here. Our server disappeared halfway through dinner, but was quickly taken over by somebody else and they never missed a beat. The food was absolutely fantastic. We split the two meals, and they even had pre-split them for us before they came out. Highly recommend! Great backyard area if it’s not too hot!”

It’s becoming an our favorite when we crave pizza or perhaps mozzarella sticks. Don’t let the construction outside from the new Publix turn you off. Bronx Pizza is alive and well.”

“The guy at the Italian deli next door said this place was great so we walked over while we waited for our catering order from the deli. We were immediately greeted and ordered saki which arrived quickly. Then the sushi chef gave us a free appetizer of tuna tataki that was amazing! They subbed avocado for cream cheese in our double salmon roll and it was so fresh and delicious! Definitely check this place out when you are in the area!”

“A True Hidden Gem in St. Augustine The Collage exceeded all our expectations. We’ve visited St. Augustine many times, but this was our first time discovering this incredible restaurant, and what a find! We were celebrating our 21st anniversary and stumbled upon The Collage online. Thinking it would be quiet on a Wednesday night, we didn’t make a reservation. Despite being fully booked, Megan, the restaurant manager, went out of her way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Our server, Franco, was warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable. The food was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. We began with the beef carpaccio and watermelon salad; both beautifully prepared. For our main course, we each had the 8oz filet topped with gorgonzola sauce, and every bite was mouthwatering. Between courses, we were treated to a refreshing raspberry sorbet to cleanse our palates—a lovely touch. For dessert, we shared a warm pound cake with raspberry coulis and fresh whipped cream, paired with perfectly made espressos. The ambiance was quaint, cozy, and romantic,ideal for a special occasion like ours. We especially loved that the menu changes regularly, offering something new to look forward to each time.
