A HUGE thank you to the staff at Bamboo! A huge thank you specifically to Danny, Dana, Derek and Mario for making my husband and my anniversary so unbelievably special! You all always go above and beyond for us but last night was especially SPECTACULAR! Mario.....wow!!! Just wow! You are truly a talented sushi chef! We will most definitely be back! One of my fave sushi places to go, certainly the best I've been to in the area, we come every time we visit FL! Definitely recommend their fried lemon pepper tuna bites, and their carnivore sushi boat which does come with the lemon tuna bites (its $65 but for like 5 rolls and the bites, worth it!)

Assorted Sashimi had variety of fish included Salmon, Tuna, Red Snapper, Octopus, Mackrel, Yellowtail, and White Tuna. Sunset Roll and Hurricane roll were amazing too. Price might be a little bit high but they have fresh fish for real‼️
