Kayla greeted me with a big smile and asked how I was doing today. It was just what I needed after an extremely difficult morning.in addition she got my order perfectly and even walked to me to see how my food was and offered me a sample of ice cream they were giving out. I had a great experience at the Chick-fil-A in Crestview, Alabama. Even though my order was initially mixed up, the team handled it immediately and went above and beyond to make things right. Brayden (maybe the manager?) was absolutely amazing — polite, kind, and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. His professionalism really stood out.
