Since posting the last review, Stacy the GM personally reached out to me, took the situation seriously, reviewed what happened, sincerely apologized, and refunded both my meal and my friend's meal in full. She also let me know they will be re-educating staff on allergy procedures to help prevent this from happening again. Great pizza. We drive from Fort Walton Beach to Crestview to get a great pizza. Best in the South.
