Waited 20 minutes in the drive through today. Ordered closed to $40 worth of food. When someone is spending that much they expect some level of competency, given that the order is being placed face to face at the drive though window. Get all the way home just to notice that half of my order was missing. Called twice and the phone rings and rings with no one answering. Like are you for real. Noted that none of the drinks had ice in them. Calling the bank to get my money back
Fire all the employees hire all new and throughly clean the place top to bottom. totally the worst KFC I have been too. 5pm afternoon on Tuesday and no white meat and the dark meat is way over cooked and extremely small. treated very disrespectful by so called manager when I asked how long before they would have any more.
