Don't ever place an order online they will still make you pay for it again when you come pick up the order they will lie and say they didn't get it even tho you can clearly see they took the money from your account!!

This McDonalds doesn’t care about ANYTHING. Meaning, they don’t care about customer service, food presentation, food temperature and they don’t care if you use the app and order ahead, you’ll still sit and wait. I’ve parked at their pick up spots to get my order and it’s at least a 20 minute wait and I ALWAYS have to get out and go in to get my order anyway. Best thing about this McDonalds is their Coke. Today I waited after using the app for almost 15 minutes and when I finally got my food it was cold, she had it sitting by the window on a cold blustery day. I have stayed quiet the first 5 times but nothing is changing so hoping that if they get enough bad reviews they might do something. If you order no pickles on your burgers, they will not give you anything but ketchup, they’ve done this to me and my husband multiple times. I’ve even ordered extra onion, ketchup and mustard so we don’t get a dry burger and it still happens. They don’t care and it shows.

This McDonalds has gotten so horrible. I don’t go unless my kids are here. It takes usually 10 minutes plus to order then wait about 30 minutes to get cold food. Every person has an attitude especially the managers.

Courtney was so rude. She took it apon herself to come over to me on her break as another young lady was helping me. I had a mobile order but the line was extremely long so i went in because all i had was fries and a drink and had somewhere to be. I did the mobile order before my arrival so i wasnt aware of the line being backed out to the road. She couldnt tell me how to cancel the order either, she kept telling me im just gonna have to wait or leave! Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. Not to mention i waited 25 minutes JUST FOR FRIES AND A DRINK!

I love this McDonald's for my kids to play at. I actually met some really cool moms there. The food is fresh and delicious, employed are attentive and kind. Love it here!

This particular McDonald's is very slow, and even if you order on the app, you'll wait longer than you should. If I order 15 min before I arrive, and STILL have to wait 10 min for my order...something is wrong. Food is ok. They've gotten better with at least it being hot.

They don’t know how to follow directions when making the food “with or without” something.
Every time I order there, they mess up the order they give you a frappe with no drizzle. They don’t give you ketchup when you ask for it and they rarely give napkins every time we order from this place we always get disappointed. They forget something you get an order or they forget to give the whole complete.

Not one to normally review fast food joints but this is the second time I’ve ordered ahead on the app and been told there’s a wait on my food. What’s the point of ordering ahead if there’s a long wait on your food? Also the service was horrendous. The girl at the window shouldn’t be handing out food if she’s going to be borderline aggressive with customers. This McDonald’s is the closest to my home and it’ll be a pain but I think I’m going to be driving the extra few miles to a different location because they can’t seem to get their stuff together

Dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. The entire play area was disgusting: all the tables, kids computers, equipment were covered in food and fingerprints. The main seating area wasn't much better. And they didn't tell they were out of the drink I ordered til after I paid and waited 20 minutes 😆
