Dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. The entire play area was disgusting: all the tables, kids computers, equipment were covered in food and fingerprints. The main seating area wasn't much better. And they didn't tell they were out of the drink I ordered til after I paid and waited 20 minutes 😆

Im sorry but this is what my McFlurry looked like when I received it in the drive thru. I haven't even took a bite. Where is what I paid for?? Also the drinks were medium sized in a large cup. Not whatever paid for either. Worst experience ever at a McDonald's. Come on do better. $30 in food and drinks were not worth it.

They ran out of ice and didn't inform us so we got hot drinks, they forgot our sauce for the nuggets, and the fries were burnt. Crestview has really gone down hill.

had a frustrating experience during my recent visit. Despite clearly repeating my order multiple times and even slowing it down to avoid confusion, it was still entered incorrectly. The employee at the speaker (Amber) struggled to get it right, and unfortunately, the final order was wrong. The wait was long and disappointing, especially given that the order was simple. I hope the team can work on improving communication and accuracy in the future. Everyone makes mistakes, but consistency and attentiveness go a long way in customer service.
