I order from this McDonald's quite often and if you do curbside you may wait for 15 minutes or more for your order. The last two times I have ordered curbside I have had to go in and get the order myself. The car beside me had to go in as well and no telling how long they had to wait. I order a large fry off the app quite often and it shouldn't take 20 minutes to get the order.

Mobile app ordered from parking lot. Went in, got fuel receipt and went to bathroom. Walked into McDonald's, and they immediately called my name. Perfect timing.

The service was awful, the restaurant was dirty, the manager was rude, one of thebline workers rubbed her gloved hands on her butt and then proceeded to grab a handful of nuggets. I waited 40 minutes and never got my food while ppl who ordered after me did. Went to burger King and got fresh hot food in 5 minutes.

I hate leaving negative comments. But this is the 3rd place this last month in Crestview that really needs new training or just close. Once again ordered through app. And once again someone can’t read or hates the job. Messed both McDoubles up. It says no mustard/extra onion. Whats on them? No ketchup, mustard, onion, extra pickles, and one with the top of the bun broken half. The other one the same but I guess the ONE patty on the other was big enough. ?♂️?♂️?♂️. when making complaint I was ignored and employee walked away. Thanks in advance for your amazing ignorance!
This is an update I order on 10/7 with once again can’t read/was put on hold when I called to let them know and when I was back in town can I get replacement of something…..was on hold for a little over 7 mins and still no one got back. So I hung up. Thanks again!!

This is the most best mcdonald i have ever been to. The frys are always perfect im abke to eat all of tgem because they all look good and not gross. every bigmac fron here is the best bugmac i hsve ever had. they are very nice. they are actualy so nice that they are nicer to me than the people at chickfily are. i love this mcdonald. thank tou. also this lady here today who gave my my food had really pretty nails and it made me happy when i seed them. thank you.

Just went through the drive through was asked the pull to the second spot waited over 15 minutes for somebody to come out and hand me my food nobody ever showed up my wife went in and had to argue with the manager that continued to say it wasn't his fault that the food was not delivered to the car and they had forgotten about us. If your the manager and not your problem as you acted or are really the right person for that job? Food was so so But that service needs a lot of work ...
