Food is great! Only complaint is they always seem to be understaffed so it takes a long time to get your food. Not the employees fault tho. They are polite and apologetic for the wait. So if you don't mind waiting for your food you'll get some great chicken.
I recently ordered from the Crestview location. The service was quick, friendly and helpful. The manager (whom I cannot remember his name…tall black male) who took my order on the afternoon of Sunday, February 16, was friendly and made me feel like a regular loyal customer. I am rarely in Crestview and possibly have been to this location maybe 3 times over the last 5 years. So I am definitely not a regular.

Love Popeyes but a large drink isn't worth $4 and now they are charging $1.80 to upgrade to chicken breast. Not too long ago you could add a chicken breast for $1.25 without having to swamp out. so in summary I would say skip the drinks or it's gonna get pricey and if you want wings make some at home.
