My daughter and I had the absolute best experience today! We went around 3 pm and ordered our food, after we drove off we realized something was missing and went back. I sent her in to go get the missing item and the lady who fixed our order was incredible! Her name is Marcie! Not only did she fix it she went above and beyond!

I like the food and it is affordable and visit often enough that I have the on line app. Most of the staff is friendly but my biggest concern is the use of the app. It is easy to use but this store on the south end of Crestview does not look at the orders place on line. Everytime I place an order and go through the drive thru, that is when they start the order. My understanding of the on-line app is that the order be ready when I pull up. Tadarius is the man! Never met him before but it was a pleasure to say the least. He knew everything I asked him about and the food he prepared was just like the pictures in the restaurant. The atmosphere was peaceful and upbeat I will definitely be back. It's been a while since I've been into a Taco Bell. Give that man a raise lol
