Excellent food, service was also fantastic, and prices were very reasonable. The salad bar is awesome. The atmosphere is all American, the presidents are pictured on the wall.

First time here, large portions, good "country" cooking. Very pleasant staff. Salad bar very fresh with many options! Appreciate humor of owner! (See picture)

I usually get a fish dish, sweet potato fries, and occasional salad bar, cheesecake, or beer. The blackened whitefish is the best in town. The sweet potato fries are sugared, and they are delightful. The cheesecake is nice and fluffy with a rich flavor, and the beer is very reasonable. This is a very reasonable place to eat regularly for me. And the service is top-notch! This is my regular go to, don’t feel like cooking place. ?

Good variety on the menu and everything we have tried so far has been very well done and very tasty. Service is always quick and friendly and prices seem very reasonable. Will go back again.

Good service and good...just a little pricey, but under bidedrn economy, that is understandable.

The food was subpar had the Salisbury steak, everything is made from a box or a frozen patty. The salad bar was very good ($16 if you want all you can eat). There was a lot of up charges (onions, mushroom, peppers, salad bar). there is also a charge if you use your credit card. The waiter didn't even check or fill my water glass. The ambience is a typical mom and pa restaurant.

Paid $14 for some tiny "catfish" fillets and onion rings that took an hour to prepare. Super overpriced. Go to Gator Cafe instead

Just love it. I stop there everytime I go up to Crestview, FL. I love the small homey country atmosphere. They make me feel welcome and part of the family.

It's a good restaurant at a semi-fair cost. The food was good with a few exceptions.Portions were very good. The waitress was attentive.Clean establishment including restroom.Mash Potatoes were FAKE, which is strange considering the lime beans seemed to be well prepared and generously seasoned with bacon and probably fresh or frozen.Fred Green Tomatoes on the other hand were not very good, probably pre-made frozen. The tomatoes not the batter did not taste well. Add to that the portion price was about $1 a slice... a real rip-off, even though they were homemade, which they were not.Meal options averages are a meat option with 2 sides with cost EXCLUDING DRINKS from about $13 to $19.Build your own Burger looks good at about $9Baskets average around $10 to $12.Platters $10 to $16Kids Meals *12and under, a ~$5 but Drink would make this closer to $8...Coke and Tea is $2.75Pork Chops were exceptional. Chicken Fried Steak was fair but not up to Cracker Barrel. The sides we chose were Lima Beans (great) and a baked potato (also good and large-sized).Desert was an exceptional Cheese Cake!Kid-friendliness: Good Price EXCEPT FOR DRINKS!

My husband and I were very disappointed. His burger was RAW. My country fried steak was so hard I could barely chew through it. Sides were cold and did not taste great. Food took forever to come out. Very overpriced for what we got. Server was nice though.
