I had a fine meal though it was rather difficult to get my order complete and I needed a proper utensil to cut the meat, I enjoyed it thoroughly regardless. Do keep in mind all takeout takes an automatic 20% gratuity if you plan to tip though they do not give either to the people making the food entirely, you will see that management takes a slightly bigger share in all relevant tax documents and not even management of the store upper management :3. If able tip in cash when eating in store.

Vegetarian options: Lots of meat on the menu and eggs as well as dairy products if you happen to be upset by these details they will cook these items in the same place they would cook yours I would recommend eating a place more directly suited to your tastes if you have such fears

Dietary restrictions: They cook all the food in the same place I would consult the menu if any elements might be used in store that might be risky to a particular dietary choice or allergy list.

Parking: 4 spots 1 or 2 handicap spots

Kid-friendliness: As per usual it depends upon the time you come and the crowd you find it can be equally welcoming as it can be dangerous depending upon the mood you walk in with.

Wheelchair accessibility: Some difficulty though possible

The food is great, the employees are great, and the vibe is great; but local management has a lot of growing to do.... The District Manager, Kyrsten, was very unprofessional in her conduct with me. I'm also not a fan of how often the Waffle House, Inc raises their prices- a "temporary per egg surcharge"... Really? Yet it takes them years to raise employee wages; I've never seen temporary wage increases due to inflation, have you?!

Employees not being supported or paid well shows, even though they generate immense value for Waffle House.

I would go here more often if they implemented a bike rack outside. Many customers and employees utilize bicycles at this location, so a more secure spot with weather protection would be an appreciated upgrade.

I would also encourage Waffle House corporate to include more native plants and shade in store lots, as well as solar panel systems to power the store, cars, and more.

LGBTQ+ Customers| Restrooms are single-use, private rooms, and both are wheel-chair accessible, though the area may be kind of tight and awkward to maneuver. Generally, the staff here are welcoming, and I haven't heard of significant issues, though the company is not explicitly LGBTQ+ friendly. Assert your pronouns if wait-staff assume incorrectly. As a former employee... The local management chain (from store manager to Area Vice President) tolerates LGBT+ employees, but they don't respect them.

Parking: It's a Decent sized lot, not usually full. Would be better with a bike rack as many customers and employees utilize bicycles at this location.

Kid-friendliness: High chairs and booths are available

Wheelchair accessibility: The low-bar counter may be an ideal place to sit as the chairs can be removed for those in a wheelchair.

Even though it was crowded due to the holiday crowds. The employees performed their jobs very well. I was here for over one hour and did not hear one complaint.

The quality of the food was pretty good for the price. I will be returning here in the future.

5 stars for this location, Crestview, and crew at brunch on a busy Saturday morning, December 7, 2024. While the menu is the same everywhere, ingredients are not the same, as in, some locations serve authentic butter, vs margarine/spreads.
In this location, the crew worked as a cohesive unit with quality service and meal prepared to specifications. The downside is that this location serves margarine/ spread for their toast. Robert Kennedy Jr. will help, I hope, reevaluate margarine products.
