So we did a last min mobil order that i showed up and they had not recieved. Even though they were closing( 4min past closing) they made our order with out hesitation and were very polite. By far tge absolute beat customer serivce i have had in years. My family eats out almost every meal and i xant rember the last time anyonw went above and beyond. Wendy's in Crestview, Florida, is one of our favorite places to visit in the afternoon around 3. The food is good, and the environment is usually peaceful around that time of day.

It was nice but I can't wait for the new one in Defuniak Springs to open up they seem a little underwhelming

Vegetarian options: Would love to see all stores have a 3 way frosty machine cause I want my vanilla Frosty back but also would like strawberry, wild berry, dream sickle. And all can be made with the vanilla base but we plan vanilla Frosty people can have our frosty and eat it too .

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes they have a ramp.
