The place is filthy dirty! They were out of burgers,but with supply chain issues that might be understandable. It’s very obvious this place has been neglected in cleaning and with repairs. The display cooler for cakes and ice cream treats was broke down. Bathrooms were downright gross like everything else. I don't normally do stuff like this, but enough is enough. Over the past month, my dad and I have been going to the Cross City Dairy Queen on and off for ice cream since it's the only one in the nearby area, and during that time, the customer service has started to decline to a form of laziness. Before, when we would ask for the blizzards "To Go", they would give us lids (you know, the proper ones with the hole on top for the spoon).
