Can’t say on the food. Got sat right away then no one came to the table to even greet us. Left after 10 minutes. Not a good way to do business

Even late / early AM they were a top notch place to go and grab a bite to eat ! Definitely appreciate the staff for great service and great food

It's a hit or miss! Sometimes my food is really good ...other times not so much. I order curbside usually. Very convenient!

Over priced food, under delivered service. Apparently bourbon street chicken doesn't have cheese anymore yet the photos on the menu show it clearly...

Best Applebee's I have ever been to ...only issue is the music is too soft 🤷‍♀️

We ordered ..it came ..fries were like wood old dry stale..ordered some butter for mashed potatoes…server says ok …goes and seats 8 gets order brings there drinks…meanwhile potatoes are ice cold..had to ask another server to bring butter …brings this cup of hackedup butter with liquid in the cup..had to ask another if my potatoes could get reheated …you should have heard the grunting …I looked up at him and thought no way …forget about it…..finally when server actually arrives half hour later and we tell her .oh do want a mgr..we said no just the bill ….so this girl arrives and says is there a problem ?…I looked at her …who are you?…didn’t even bother to say ..Iam the mgr..who by the way looked all of 12 yrs old…again we asked for just the bill so we could just leave ….we have been coming here for years and never had a problem..never….others arrived after us and got there meal before us …poor service and gossiping in front of clients ..huddled together in the front ..eyeballing us as we left ..I never was so uncomfortable in my life…don’t worry we won’t be back CHILIS WILL DO A BETTER JOB

My food came out fine actually better than I expected. But my wife’s came out cold they took care of it quickly but how can grilled chicken come out at fridge temps. Guessing it was cooked earlier and someone forgot to warm it up before serving

Very good food my salmon and broccoli and mashed potatoes was really good ,my husband's hamburger was delicious and my sister's big quesadilla salad was awesome we'll be back
