I recently ordered a roast beef meal with curly fries, and it was one of the best meals I've ever had from the restaurant! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the lady in drive thru Autumn, she was very patient with me and extremely kind. The food was fresh, tasty and filling. I am definitely planning on visiting again very soon. Highly recommended, and thank you again Autumn!

While the establishment was clean, the service was ok, but the quality of the food was on a -10. Me and 2 of my friends went for dinner after church. We ordered a number 1, a number 2 and I don't remember the number for the French dip meal and 2 cheese cups for our curly fries. They gave us two number 1's instead of a number 1 and 2, the cheese cups weren't even half full and we were charged a dollar extra for them. If I'm paying extra for the cheese cups I would expect them to be full. The sandwiches were blah also. The double beef and cheddar was very messy and the French dip had barely any meat. The guy that waited on us had a beard that was not covered and had no cheerfulness to himself. He was just like blah. And when one of my friends went up to refill her cup she saw the guy that waited on us taking food to the drive thru window and eating out of the fries for the customer! This used to be a good place to eat. Needless to say I wont be back there again.

I was a frequent customer of Hardee's and I was so disappointed when Sonya left. I found out she was now with Arby's and I had to see for myself. I walked in and there she was! She's always so pleasant and cheerful! I will now become a frequent customer of Arby's!
