What service? Waited behind young nice couple while the night manager just chatted these people up while I am standing there 5mins waiting to order. Finally gave up, walked out. Never going back. Get a new manager that respects all customers.

I have yet to go to an Arby's, any Arby's. in the last 6 months where they're jamoka shake machine has actually worked this Arby's is no exception I've been to a three times and their jamoka machine has never worked. Arby's should think about just closing down. One thing that helped make them famous they can't seem to deliver.
