We walked in 3 emloyess, no one said a word to us. We stood there 15 minutes while 2 employees flirted with each other and 1 worked the drive thru. We finally just walked out. Sad, sad.

Location was fine. I love Mango. Saw a smoothie called Mangonada. It’s like drinking 1/2 stale V8 with 1/2 tobasco sauce. It was absolutely horrid and ruined my day. Also my fault entirely for assuming the red swirls were NOT spicy stuff. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT get this. It is awful and I spent $8 to experience it.

Waffle Cone is soft and when it was given to me was cracked in several places and I didn't realize it until I got to the Harvard started to eat it!

Wow! The attitude of these young people working here was stellar! They were patient while being asked what kind of ice cream they had through the drive thru and their service was exemplary!
We tried ordering several items, and they were out of stock on almost everything! So once we found something they really had in stock, went to the window to pay and they made us drive to the side to wait on the our items. Which were just plan vanilla milkshakes...we waited almost 10 mins., before someone brought them out! Honestly it don't take that long to make milkshakes and they were that busy. Very disappointed!

The young man who served us our ice cream this evening could not have been more pleasant and helpful. There were 6 of us. He took the time to answer questions and make recommendations without getting annoyed. This kid should be training all of the DD / Baskin-Robbins employees.
