BubbaQue's BBQ - Crystal River

Honestly, I had the salad bar so my opinion is limited here. Maybe their barbecue is good. Salad bar was mediocre at best.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST BBQ IVE EVER HAD!! Great service and the owner came to say hello to us and he is the nicest man!! His restaurant is super clean and beautiful!! We will definitely be back! :)

Decided to drive over to Crystal River from Cocoa Beach today. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted by Angela who then took us to our table. My husband had the baby back ribs and I had the brisket. Meals were very good. They also offer a well stocked salad bar which had great selections, literally everything from soup to nuts. Angela was greeting patrons, getting drinks, taking and delivering meals and very pleasant while making sure everyone had what they wanted or needed. She was the BOMB today!! The restaurant and restrooms were clean, there is parking behind the restaurant and they offer a military discount. We will definitely be back.

We used bubbaques to cater for our baby shower, 6lbs of brisket and 6lbs of chicken. Steve ensured over the phone I had calculated enough meat to feed our guests. We also got fresh bakery buns from them which I’m glad we did (and they were cheaper than the grocery store). I went for the brisket and it was so delicious, I’ve always loved bubbaques for their redneck nachos! I’m so glad we used them, the order was on time and the food was perfect.

They were good the first couple of times, bit pricey. Never any special they charge 3.5 if you use your credit card and charge 2.11 if you ask for another plate Not impressed .. and didn't even use it they said they took it off the bill. THEY DID NOT !!

Greg was amazing. Attentive and fast. The food was hot and delicious everything was fresh. Salad bar was wonderful also. So many choices in so many great prices. Will definitely go back . My husband and I both were very impressed. Thank you

Horrible service. NOT KID FRIENDLY!!

The meats were good definitely house made, but the sides could use a lot of improvement. For a barbecue place I would expect them to have really good mac & cheese, but was very disappointed in the outcome. Other than that the rest of the food was fantastic and will definitely go back there. Hopefully they change out their mac & cheese to something less watery and more tasty maybe something house made from scratch.
