Cedar River Seafood Crystal River

This is a nice place to meet with family and friends for good food. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable. I've never experienced a long wait time. The staff have always been friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The food and portions are pretty good.

Based upon the picture we thought this was on the water. It is not. They were out of a lot of things. While server was good and tried her best, the kitchen was slow and the food was just okay.

The stuff flounder with crab is delicious.....

10 out of 10 , From walking in the door to walking out. Most definitely will be going back, my favorite restaurant now and that's includes from N.C. S.C. Georgia and now FL. Can't say enough.

Terrible service do not go there warning warning

Servers was amazing, helpful, kind and courteous. Food was fresh the dressing for the meal was also delicious.

We attempted to try this place since its went through so many owners - you can tell that this place doesn't have their act together. From the time that we entered the restaurant until we were seated didn't take long but then we were told how many items that they DIDN'T have - took our order and then came back to tell us that they didn't have the batter to fry the shrimp or grouper - we walked out and will never be back! That's just simply poor management - like that's a staple item on your menu and you don't know when you are running low to send someone to get more? Sorry - being in this industry - I don't cut much slack for slackers! It's not like there are many options but one more checked off as a NO GO!!

Food was good but not great. Service was excellent. Fun spot after a day at the beach or park.

If you are looking for a great no-frills seafood restaurant for your craving; look no further! Cedar River Seafood Crystal River provides a warm, welcoming, and relaxed environment to enjoy your meal with family and friends. We enjoyed the crab legs and scallops, as well as the plentiful side dishes offered. My only feedback would be to use less salt on the crab legs.

First time here and it was awesome! our server kendall was amazing and the crab legs were perfect! thank you for the good experience!

Good food. Not outstanding. Gave you a lot. Waitress was awesome!

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food. we did the senior meal. It was delicious, clams, flounder, shrimp and crab cake. The sides were excellent, I especially liked the sweet potato mashed. Gary was our server, he was very attentive. I would recommend.
