We visited it in November 2023. Hidden gem!The food is cheap (cheaper than in Boston) but so good!Clam chowder - amazing! I wish I had 2 servings ?Crab roll - juicy, fresh, sweet ?Crab - also delicious.Overall a great place with low prices and fresh, delicious seafood.

Loved the outside seating … not so much the inside but the good news is the restaurant is under renovation and it sounds like it will be a more upscale interior…. Food was good and hopefully under new management it will become

I just read another review of new owners. That would explain a lot. We had been there 3-4 x over the last couple of years when we visit the area, never an issue. 180 degree change this time. I cannot find anything redeeming about the food served, wife had fried scallops that were sitting in a watery liquid in the basket. She used 3 napkins to soak it up but it made the coating waterlogged. The waitress had no idea what it was nor did we, it also soaked into her sweet potato fries. Waitress was apologetic but only offered to take it back which just doesn’t work when the other person has eaten most of their meal. No offer of resolution for billing. My meal was bland and average at best but at least edible. We chalked it up to a bad day in the kitchen but a change in ownership may be a bigger role. Sorry, won’t be making this place a stop anytime in the future.

Service is bad laughing in the back never came back to refill our drinks. Ordered fish and chips the fish was Gordon fisherman right out of the box it's a bad place to go.

Ordered fish and chips which comes with cod...they were out of cod in the middle of te day!! Ask for lemons...the were ouf of lemons!! Replaced cod with flounder but no seasoning just battered. Lemonade not very tasty...this place seems to have gone down in the last year . Hopefully they can keep it open since new ownership. Best thing was atmosphere was right on the water
