We encountered a very rude bartender on Feb 15th at noon., at the Crystal River, Florida location. The manager was inept at best when we spoke to him. Very disappointing
Our meal was flavorful and hot but Chili's doesn't have chili anymore.

The customer service was off the charts it was great the food was also fantastic. I've recommended to other friends to go there. Bottom line is it was a good place to go. And brought the proper vibes so Chili's grill & bar gets the five stars

Pretty good place to eat but seems like the mobs that they may use has grease on them The floor is a little slippery and it has that same old dirty dishwater smell in the restaurant like they're using the same dirty rags to clean the tables hard to say. Still like Chili's we'll go back again.

The chicken is never cooked??? How come the chicken is never cooked?? Why is your chicken never cooked? Can someone tell me why the chicken is not cooked? Can you cook your chicken? (The mozzarella sticks r good and cooked) I have nothing else to say.
